Nineteen Years Ago Lebanese Rally Legend Johnny Moakadieh won a dominant Cedars Rally over JP Nasrallah after the latter made sure he finish the rally to clinch the Lebanese Rally Championship. Johnny though had other plans he took his Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evolution to unmatched heights for the first time in Lebanon and won the rally by over 4 minutes.
