April 16, 2015 – Following the release of a teaser video, Volkswagen has taken the wraps off its GTI Supersport Vision Gran Turismo – but don’t be so happy, because we’ll never see the car in real life, not even in concept form.
As its name suggests, the GTI Supersport Vision Gran Turismo was created for the latest installment of the Gran Turismo gaming franchise. The virtual car is powered by a 3.0-liter VR6 engine that produces 503 horsepower and 655 Nm of torque.
All this power is sent to all four wheels via a DSG dual-clutch transmission, and in case you haven’t noticed, the GTI Supersport Vision GT is a seventh-generation Golf with a super aggressive body kit.
