October 25, 2016 – An illegal street race between a V10-powered Volkswagen Golf and a V10-powered BMW E36 3 Series ended very badly on a highway in Kosovo when the BMW lost control and crashed heavily into the side barrier. Fortunately, the driver of the Bimmer survived.
In case you were wondering, the Golf Mk4 produces 1300 horsepower from a turbocharged V10 that is taken from an Audi RS6, while the BMW generates 800 horsepower from a naturally-aspirated V10 taken from a BMW E60 M5.
