Watch a GP2 car at the St. Ursanne Hillclimb [video]

While we’re used to seeing Volkswagen Golfs and Lancia Delta HF Integrales tackle a Hillclimb, a Dallara GP2 car is a very unusual sight in this kind of competition. GP2 cars were created for closed-circuit racing; the GP2 series acts as a Formula 1 feeder series, so these cars are pretty damn fast. Unlike Nico Rosberg or Lewis Hamilton, Luxembourger David Hauser took the race car out for a run during the Saint-Ursanne Hillclimb in Switzerland a couple of weeks ago. It comes as no surprise that Hauser broke the track record with a 1.45.7. You can watch his insane run in the video below.
