Watch the BMW M4 GTS being tested on the Nürburgring

Although the M3/M4 is a very powerful car, BMW has got us used to even more hardcore versions of their M cars in recent years. In 2004, the German automaker introduced the M3 CSL, a lighter, more powerful version of the the E46 M3 and in 2011, the E92-based M3 GTS came to light.

Next year won’t be any different, it appears, as BMW is busy testing a GTS version of the all-new M4, and a video, along with a few pictures of the car have emerged on the internet.

2015 BMW M4 drifts around 52 BMW M cars

Not much is known about the M4 GTS, but judging from the video, it will feature an aggressive aerodynamic kit including a new front bumper and a large rear wing.

We expect the M4 GTS to come with more power compared to the standard M4 which packs 430 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque from a turbocharged six-cylinder engine.
