January 21, 2016 – While a normal Peterbilt 359 truck should be able to haul a Nissan Patrol SUV without breaking a sweat, a remote-controlled 1:4 scale model pulling off a similar feat is a tall order, or so we thought.
The 1:4 scale model Peterbilt R/C truck we’re talking about uses a 36-Volt, 750-Watt electric motor, which powers the rear wheels via a sprocket drive chain; it weighs around 140 kilograms and, shockingly, can pull a Patrol SUV, much like its big brother, while also carrying a person.
