August 7, 2016 – Motortune Racing announced the arrival of the first Skoda Fabia R5 to Lebanon a couple of days ago, without revealing the identity of the driver who will be sitting behind its wheel in Rally of Lebanon.
However, we can now confirm that the driver is none other than Abdo Feghali, who had competed in the first three rounds of the 2016 Lebanese Rally Championship in a Ford Fiesta R5, and will be making the switch to the Fabia R5 in the fourth and final round of the season, the 39th Rally of Lebanon, that is also the fourth round of this year’s Middle East Rally Championship.
With the Fabia R5, Abdo will be aiming to win Rally of Lebanon for the first time in his career, having previously come close on five occasions by finishing 2nd overall.
