February 11, 2015 – The 2014 World Rally Championship did not have an official video game but things are about to change in 2015, with the announcement of WRC 5 for new generation consoles – arriving this fall.
The new game will be developed by Kylotonn, and it will benefit from new development tools and experienced European developers, with many surprises planned for fans of the game, according to the game’s official website.
“It’s exciting to help Kylotonn to make the best WRC game ever seen. Combining my driver and gamer experience with their technical point of view is something interesting when you are trying to do the most realistic game possible,” said 2013 FIA WRC 3 champion Sebastien Chardonnet who has been involved with the concept and planning for WRC 5 since early on in the project.
