On a relatively old car Ziad Feghali made it to 5th place. Ziad known to be one of the fastest drivers in Lebanon battled hard with the EVO 9s and EVO 10s to Finnish the rally with his head up proud. We met after the rally and talked about the happening on saturday.
Ziad we saw you finish 5th on a relatively older car, are you satisfied with your result?
I am more than satisfied to be honest.
We saw you breaking into the Top 3 once. How can you explain this in the presence of full spec groups N cars and others with R4 kits?
I don’t underestimate anybody, but I have done the maximum I can in this rally and I am very happy.
We saw that the cars ahead of you are all from MotorTune, how do explain this?
Well MotorTune are very professional and it’s normal that Roger finishes first. Their cars are very well prepared and they are ready. I am with Kazan Performance tuning and I am followed with TG Rallyskills cars and both teams are working hard on catching up.
Can you challenge the guys who beat you this time in the coming Rally of Lebanon?
On the same car I have now it’s a bit difficult. If we have a changed car things might be different and I don’t see any reason not to compete with them. It’s all about sponsoring. If a sponsor exists, I could compete if not its difficult.
