February 20, 2015 – Mercedes-AMG has released a new teaser image of its upcoming GT3 race car that will be officially revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

Set to replace the highly successful SLS AMG GT3 race car, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 will hit the racetracks in 2016 and it will most likely boast an upgraded version of the V8 engine found in the road-going AMG GT sports car.

Apart from the wider body, the GT3 will have aggressive front end with a larger grille and modified bumper. After its big reveal in Geneva, the racecar will undergo an intense testing and development period.
